In the event a member of the Advisory Committee resigns from his or her position, is removed from the position, is no longer qualified for the positions, or is otherwise unable to fulfill the duties of that office, the Secretary-Treasurer shall undertake such action as is necessary for the appointment of a member of the Advisory Committee to fill said member's position on the Advisory Committee in a manner consistent with 140:20-1-3 and 140:20-1-4.
