Okla. Admin. Code § 1:2001-27
I, Frank Keating, Governor of the State of Oklahoma, pursuant to the provisions of Sections 471, 472, 474, 475 and 477 of Title IV-E of the Social Security Act; and Title I, Improved Independent Living Program, Public Law 106-169, the Foster Care Independence Act, of 1999, do hereby designate the Director of the State Department of Human Services to act for me as my designee.
As my designee, the Director shall be responsible for reviewing and signing state and federal agreements concerning the administration of the Improved Independent Living Program. The Director shall also be responsible for reviewing, commenting on, approving and signing assurances, state plans and state plan amendments submitted to the various federal agencies by the Oklahoma Commission for Human Services of the State Department of Human Services.
This executive order shall be forwarded to the Director of the Department of Human Services who shall cause the provisions of this order to be implemented.
