Section 5538-1-07 - Executive director, and other employees and agents(A) Executive secretary director. The executive director shall have charge of and responsibility for all activities of the facility, whether operational or administrative, and for administering the office and carrying out the business of the commission as directed by the commission or the appropriate officers thereof and shall perform such other duties as may be assigned by the commission. (B) Compensation and expenses. The executive director and such other employees and agents as may be employed by the commission from time to time shall be paid such compensation for their services as shall be affixed by the commission from time to time and shall be reimbursed for such actual expenses necessarily paid or incurred by them in the business of the commission, as shall be determined by the commission, provided, however, that such compensation and expenses shall be payable solely from the proceeds of parking facility revenue bonds issued under sections 5538.22 to 5538.43 of the Revised Code, or from revenues, as defined therein.
