Section 4901:2-23-04 - Supplementation of information(A) Upon a request from the staff, an applicant should provide, within fifteen days, or within a longer time period if agreed to by the staff, any additional information necessary for the processing of an application for a permit or renewal of a permit. Failure to respond to a request for additional information within this time frame may result in the application being rejected and may necessitate the filing of a new complete application.(B) A transportation network company that has obtained a permit shall notify the staff within fifteen days of any changes to the information contained in its most recent application.Ohio Admin.
