Section 3772-19-10 - Maintenance and malfunctions(A) The casino operator must report to the commission, within fifteen minutes of initial discovery, when surveillance equipment that is critical to the casino operator's ability to meet any of the requirements of this chapter becomes out of service due to malfunction.(B) Casino gaming in the affected area(s) shall cease to the extent ordered by the executive director until the casino operator provides adequate live monitoring by the surveillance department.(C) Routine maintenance of surveillance equipment must be completed without compromising any of the surveillance coverage provided by the surveillance system.
