Section 3745-52-215 - Unwanted material that is not waste or hazardous waste(A) If an unwanted material does not meet the definition of "waste" in rule 3745-51-02 of the Administrative Code, the unwanted material is no longer subject to rules 3745-52-200 to 3745-52-216 of the Administrative Code or to the hazardous waste rules.(B) If an unwanted material does not meet the definition of "hazardous waste" in rule 3745-51-03 of the Administrative Code, the unwanted material is no longer subject to rules 3745-52-200 to 3745-52-216 of the Administrative Code or to the hazardous waste rules, but shall be managed in compliance with any other applicable rules or conditions.Ohio Admin.
