Section 3361:70-5-01 - Parking: rules, regulations, and policies(A) All changes and additions to the parking rates, fine schedule and changes in violations shall be submitted by the vice president responsible for parking services to the university budget committee with final approval/disapproval by the president of the university.(B) There shall be an appeals process for violations.(C) Changes in rules, regulations, and accompanying policies shall be announced in advance of the effective date.(D) Rules, regulations, and accompanying policies will be available on the parking services website.(E) The vice president responsible for parking services will implement policy statements and other matters related to the administration of parking in accordance with this rule and applicable laws, and -in consultation with the office of general counsel.Ohio Admin.
