Section 1501:3-2-04 - Disposition of refuse or debris(A) Regardless of intent, no person shall cause to be dumped, or throw, drop, discard, place, or dump litter, rubbish, garbage, refuse, or debris of any kind within any state forest except in such places and within such receptacles as are provided therefor. No person shall deposit rubbish, garbage, refuse, or debris accruing from property other than state forests in receptacles located upon state forest lands.(B) No person, regardless of intent, shall fell a tree onto state property without notifying the division of forestry prior to doing so or cause a tree to be felled from private property on to state forest property without removing said tree from state property.Ohio Admin.
