Section 1301:3-8-02 - Certification of performance qualification records of welders and brazers; performance qualifications and proof of continuity of welders and brazers(A) Each owner, prior to the commencement of welding and brazing work, shall sign the procedure qualification records and procedure specification of each welder and brazer, certifying that the performance qualification of each welder and brazer is in accordance with ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code, Section IX: "Qualification Standard for Welding, Brazing, and Fusing Procedures; Welders; Brazers; and Welding, Brazing, and Fusing Operators," 2017 edition, July 1, 2017, ASME BPVC, Section IX, and send two copies to the superintendent or the superintendent's designee.(B) Each owner shall maintain, at the job site, the approved performance qualification records and proof of continuity of all welders and brazers employed on the job site.Ohio Admin.
