Section 122:29-1-08 - Fees(A) Application fee. A non-refundable application fee of twenty-five hundred dollars is due at the time of application submission. Any submitted application that does not include an application fee payment is ineligible for consideration by the authority.(B) Fees submitted for an application submission will be credited by the director to the tax incentives operating fund created under section 122.174 of the Revised Code and will be used by the director to administer section 122.09 of the Revised Code.Ohio Admin.
