Section 111:3-11-02 - Voter registration date - exclusions(A) For the purposes of this chapter, any voter whose registration was cancelled pursuant to section 3503.21 of the Revised Code and who successfully reapplied for registration shall have a voter registration date as described division (C)(9)(a) of section 3503.15 of the Revised Code.(B) For the purposes of this chapter, the voter registration date of a voter who has updated their name or address pursuant to section 3503.16 of the Revised Code shall remain unchanged unless otherwise expressly stated in applicable statute or rule.Ohio Admin.
