An applicant for registration as an architect may be admitted to the examinations upon evidence that the applicant's education and experience meets the standards established by the national council of architectural registration boards, which are adopted by the board in accordance with North Dakota Century Code section 43-03-13. Such evidence shall be established by the applicant's council record.
