Section 33.1-10-02-07 - Renewal of notice of registration1. Application for renewal of registration shall be filed in accordance with subsection 1 of section 33.1-10-02-03 or subsection 2 of section 33.1-10-02-04. Each application for registration shall be accompanied by the fee prescribed in 33.1-10-11.2. In any case in which a registrant not less than thirty days prior to the expiration of this existing notice of registration has filed an application in proper form for renewal, such existing notice of registration shall not expire until the application status has been finally determined by the department.N.D.
