Section 01E .1807 - CARRY-OVER AND PAYMENT OF LEAVE

Unused incentive leave carries over from year to year and shall be used only as paid leave. Under no circumstance shall it be:

(1) transferred to sick leave,

(2) paid out upon separation,

(3) credited toward retirement, or

(4) donated as voluntary shared leave.
