Section 01E .1111 - EXTENDED LEAVE WITHOUT PAY

Extended leave without pay is defined as leave in excess of one-half the workdays in the pay period. Extended leave without pay shall be administered in accordance with the provisions outlined in 25 NCAC 01E .1102 through 01E .1110.
