(a) An application fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) shall be paid at the time of initial application for approval to practice and each subsequent application for approval to practice. The application fee shall be twenty dollars ($20.00) for volunteer approval.(b) The fee for annual renewal of approval shall be fifty dollars ($50.00).(c) The fee for annual renewal of volunteer approval shall be ten dollars ($10.00).(d) No portion of any fee in this Rule is refundable.21 N.C.
