Section 70J .0201 - APPLICABILITY

In addition to the rules in 10A NCAC 70I .0100, 70I .0200, 70I .0300, 70I .0400, 70I .0501, 70I .0600 and 70I .0900, the rules in this Section apply to all persons licensed or seeking licensure for an emergency shelter care program as defined in 10A NCAC 70I .0201.
