Section 1729-1.1 - General

(a) A housing company may either utilize the services of a managing agent or employ housing company personnel to manage the housing development.

(b) Where the division determines that there is a need for increased management capacity and/or to improve the efficiency of housing company operations, the housing company may be required by the division to employ the services of a managing agent or additional staff with specific expertise.

(c) No later than January 1st of each calendar year, the housing company shall provide the division with a contact person's name, telephone number, fax number, e-mail address, and mailing address for each such housing company. Any change to this information during the course of the subsequent year must be provided to the division in writing within 10 calendar days of such change.
