Section 7008.8 - Limitation of visitation(a) Consistent with the requirements of this Part, the visitation of a prisoner with a particular visitor may be denied, revoked or limited only when it is determined that such visitation would cause a threat to the safety, security or good order of the facility or the facility or the safety, security or health of the prisoners.(b) Contact visits as provided for in section 7008.6 of this Part may be denied, revoked or limited only when it is determined that such visits constitute a threat to the safety, security or good order of a facility. Should a determination be made to deny, revoke or limit a prisoner's contact visits, alternative arrangements for affording the prisoner visits shall be made, including but not limited to noncontact visits.(c) Any determination to deny, revoke or limit a prisoner's visitation pursuant to subdivisions (a) and (b) of this section shall be made by the chief administrative officer in writing, and shall state the specific facts and reasons underlying such determination.
