Section 302.10 - Waiver of tuition for foreign students

(a) Notwithstanding any other rule or regulation pertaining to the charging of tuition in units of the State University, upon recommendation of the head of the constituent unit of the University, the Chancellor may admit a limited number of students from foreign countries without the payment of tuition.

(b) At no time shall the number of foreign students attending the University under tuition waivers exceed one percent of the total full-time enrollment of the University.
