An institution that offers a registered program leading to certification in any of the following classroom teaching titles: students with disabilities in early childhood, childhood, middle childhood, adolescence, or all grades; speech and language disabilities; deaf and hard of hearing; and blind and visually impaired, pursuant to section 52.21 of this Title, shall be deemed approved, pursuant to this Subpart, for purposes of offering course work or training in autism within such program to students in the program.
