Section 57-2.6 - Review of provider

(a) The department may review approved providers during the term of approval to ensure compliance with the requirements of this Subpart and may request information from a provider and may conduct a site visit, pursuant to such review.

(b) A determination by the department that the services offered by a provider are inadequate, incomplete, or otherwise unsatisfactory pursuant to the standards set forth in this Subpart shall result in the denial or termination of the approved status of the provider.
