Section 57-1.5 - Review of providers by the department
(a) The department may review and evaluate the coursework or training offered by approved providers under this section.
(b) A determination by the department that the coursework or training offered by an approved provider is inadequate, incomplete, or otherwise unsatisfactory may result in the termination of the provider's approved status.
