Section 850.3 - Initial filings; active management of causes; settlement or mediation program

Initial filings.The initial filings required in civil appeals pursuant to section 1250.3(a) of this Title shall not apply to appeals from the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board or the Workers' Compensation Board.
