Section 508.11 - Reporting

No later than September 1, 2011 and September 1st of each year thereafter, the president of the authority shall prepare and furnish a written report to the Governor, the Temporary President of the Senate, and the Speaker of the Assembly concerning activities under this Part. Such report shall include, but shall not be limited to:

(a) the name and address of each recipient of an incentive pursuant to this Part during the preceding calendar year; and

(b) the amount of any incentive made to each such person; and

(c) a description of the project and the work performed that earned the incentive.
