Section 160.7 - Business licenses issued to residential practitioners(a) A residential business must be confined to a room or rooms separate and apart from any residential or other, non-business uses, thereby segregating the hazards of the workplace to such confined areas.(b) The residential business must be equipped with the facilities and instruments required by this Part.(c) The business area of the residence shall be subject to inspection by representatives of the department at any reasonable time.N.Y.
