Section 405.2 - Authorization

(a) With the exception of child care services, the social services district shall use form DSS-638, or an approved local equivalent, for authorizing the purchase of services and shall comply with all applicable requirements of section 404.7 of this Title.

(b) Child care services shall be authorized on the DSS-2970, or the DSS-3209, according to guidelines established by the Office of Children and Family Services, or an approved local equivalent.
