Section 398-3.3 - Eligibility determinations for SSPNA

An individual's or couple's initial and ongoing eligibility for SSPNA is established based upon the data supplied by the federal SSA through the SDX and information available to the Office. The Office is bound by the decisions and actions taken by SSA on the SSI eligibility determination.
