Section 398-13.2 - Transferring information between the Office and other agencies

State departments or State or local agencies, including OCFS, DOH, OMH, OASAS, and OPWDD shall furnish such information as the Office may require for its administration of the SSP and SSPNA programs. State departments or State agencies may request such information of the Office as such department or agency may require for the proper discharge of its duties. Such departments and agencies shall safeguard the confidentiality of such information, records and reports in the manner that they are prescribed to under their governing regulations.
