This Part sets forth the provisions and requirements of public assistance and Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) employment programs, including the administration of local employment plans. It also contains work requirements for public assistance and SNAP applicants and recipients and sanctions for those who fail to comply without good cause with these requirements.
