Section 150.6 - Sign size restrictionsAny signs erected subsequent to June 1, 1968, within the controlled area allowed by paragraphs (b)(1) and (2) and (c)(1) and (2) of section 150.5 of this Part, shall conform to the following criteria as to size of such signs:
(a) The maximum area for any one sign shall be 1200 square feet, with a maximum height of 30 feet and a maximum length of 60 feet, inclusive of any border and trim but excluding the base or apron, supports or other structural members.(b) The area shall be measured by the smallest square, rectangle, triangle, circle or combination thereof which will encompass the entire sign.(c) A sign structure may contain one or two signs per facing and may be placed double-faced, back-to-back or V-type.(d) Signs which exceed 325 square feet in area may not be double-faced, abutting and facing the same direction.N.Y.
