A corporation which has received Public Health Council establishment approval to operate as a central services facility rural health network and seeks approval to establish and construct or aquire a hospital, or seeks joint establishment approval to share operational authority with the operator of a hospital in accordance with subdivision (c) of section 405.1 of this Title, shall comply with the provisions of Parts 600 and 610 of this Title.
