Section 8.321.8.10 - APPLICATION FOR SERVICESA. Any individual who believes that they may have a substance related disorder may present themselves to any agency for the purpose of being screened, admitted or referred to an appropriate treatment program.B. Any parent, guardian, spouse, or any interested individual may present an individual who may have a substance related disorder to an agency for the purpose of being screened, admitted or referred to the appropriate treatment program.N.M.
