Section 2.110.4.9 - ELIGIBLE PROGRAMS, SERVICES OR ACTIVITIES These include the following:
A. New, existing innovative or model programs, services, or activities of any kind designed to prevent or reduce the incidence of DWI, alcoholism or alcohol abuse. As provided in the definitions set forth in these regulations, areas suggested for programs and activities are prevention, enforcement, education, screening, treatment, compliance monitoring/tracking, alcohol related domestic violence, or alternative sentencing including programs that combine incarceration, treatment and aftercare, to prevent or reduce the incidence of DWI, alcoholism, alcohol abuse or domestic abuse related to DWI, alcoholism or alcohol abuse.B.
