Section 8:40-6.3 - Required crewmembers

(a) When "in-service," each BLS ambulance shall be staffed with a minimum of two EMT-Basics.

1. A provisionally certified EMT-Basic, as identified at 8:40A-7.4, may serve as a third crewmember, but shall not be utilized to meet the minimum crewmember requirements set forth in (a) above.
