Section 7:26-2.12 - Generator requirements for disposal of asbestos containing waste materials

(a) Generators of asbestos-containing waste materials, including sources subject to 40 C.F.R. 61.142, 61.144, 61.145, 61.146, and 147, shall comply with the standards for waste disposal at 40 C.F.R. 61.149 and 40 C.F.R. 61.150.

(b) Generators of asbestos-containing waste materials, including sources subject to 40 C.F.R. 61.142, 61.144, 61.145, 61.146, and 147, shall comply with the reporting requirements of the following agencies: United States Environmental Protection Agency, at 40 CFR 61.145 to 61.155; the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs, at N.J.A.C. 5:23-8; the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development, at 12:120-7.2; and the New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services, at 8:60-7.2.
