This chapter formerly contained rules concerning Archives and History and Records Management which was originally filed and effective prior to 9/1/1969. The chapter was substantially amended by R.1981 d.202, effective 7/2/1981. See: 13 New Jersey Register 190(b), 13 New Jersey Register 397(c). Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 52:14C-2, there was a reorganization plan which transfers the Bureau of Records Management Services in the Division of the State Library in the Department of State and the Archives Section in the Bureau of Law, Archives and Reference Services in the Division of State Library, Archives and History in the Department of Education to the Division of Archives and Records Management in the Department of State, effective 6/24/1983. See: 15 New Jersey Register 818(a). The rules formerly contained in this chapter were therefore transferred to title 15, Department of State at N.J.A.C. 15:3.
