Chapter 46, Area Vocational Technical and Private Schools, was adopted in accordance with the provisions of the State Plan for Vocational Education, N.J.S.A. 18A, P.L. 90-576, and the rules and regulations of the State Board of Education.
Subchapter 9, Contracting for Educational Services with Eligible Private Vocational Schools, was adopted as R.1978 d.148, effective 5/12/1978. See: 10 New Jersey Register 96(a), 10 New Jersey Register 227(c).
Subchapter 1, Area Vocational Technical Schools, was repealed and adopted as new rules by R.1981 d.495, effective 1/4/1982. See: 13 New Jersey Register 635(b), 14 New Jersey Register 41(c).
The expiration date of Chapter 46, Area Vocational Technical and Private Schools, was extended by gubernatorial directive from December 1, 1986 to December 1, 1987. See: 18 New Jersey Register 1996(b).
Pursuant to Executive Order No. 66(1978), Chapter 46, Area Vocational Technical and Private Schools, was readopted as Chapter 46, Local Area Vocational School Districts and Private Vocational Schools, by R.1987 d.434, effective 10/5/1987. As part of R.1987 d.434, Chapter 46 was recodified, effective 11/2/1978. See: 19 New Jersey Register 1368(a), 19 New Jersey Register 1989(a).
Subchapter 2, Local Area Vocational School Districts, was repealed by R.1991 d.405, effective 8/5/1991. See: 23 New Jersey Register 1247(a), 23 New Jersey Register 2332(a).
Pursuant to Executive Order No. 66(1978), Chapter 46, Private Vocational Schools, was readopted as R.1992 d.203, effective 4/10/1992. See: 24 New Jersey Register 541(a), 24 New Jersey Register 1793(a).
Subchapter 1, Definitions, Subchapter 4, Private Vocational Schools, and Subchapter 5, Correspondence Schools, were repealed, and Subchapter 3, Apprentice Training, was recodified as N.J.A.C. 6:43-9 and Subchapter 6, Contracting for Educational Services with Eligible Private Vocational Schools, was recodified as N.J.A.C. 6:43-10, by R.1998 d.528, effective 11/2/1998.
