Chapter 23A, Educational Facilities: Capital Project Review; Applications for Retroactive Funding of Projects; County Vocational School District Facilities Rehabilitation Fund; Capital Reserve Accounts; State School Facilities Documents; Appeals, was adopted as new rules by R.2001 d.70, effective 1/26/2001. See: 33 New Jersey Register 720(a).
Subchapter 1, General Provisions, and Subchapter 5, Capital Reserve Accounts, were repealed and Subchapter 2, Capital Project Review was recodified as N.J.A.C. 6A:26-3, Subchapter 3, Applications for Retroactive Funding of Projects, was recodified as N.J.A.C. 6A:26-13, Subchapter 4, County Vocational School District Facilities Rehabilitation Fund, was recodified as N.J.A.C. 6A:26-11, Subchapter 6, State School Facilities Documents was recodified as N.J.A.C. 6A:26-15, and Subchapter 7, Appeals, was recodified as N.J.A.C. 6A:26-17by R.2001 d.367, effective 10/1/2001.
