Section 3:4-3.1 - Purpose and scope

(a) The purpose of this subchapter is to set forth the form of report to be filed with the Department by banks and out-of-State banks with a branch office in this State as required pursuant to 17:9A-256. This subchapter further sets forth when the filing of such reports shall be waived pursuant to N.J.S.A. 17:9A-256E.

(b) This subchapter shall apply to all banks and out-of-State banks with a branch office in this State required to file reports with the Department pursuant to 17:9A-256.
