This chapter formerly contained rules concerning the Agricultural Preserve Demonstration Program. All provisions of the chapter were adopted pursuant to authority of N.J.S.A. 4:1B-1 et seq. and were filed and became eff. 1/26/1977, as R.1977 d.20. The chapter was subsequently repealed because of the Farmland Preservation Bond Act, the Right to Farm Act and the Agriculture Retention and Development Act.
