Section 19:66-10.1 - Required permits

(a) All required permits from the Atlantic County Planning Board, State land use agencies, or other applicable agencies shall be obtained prior to, concurrently with, or as a condition of, the approval of any application.

(b) Evidence of approval or pending approval of any permit under (a) above shall be submitted to the Authority, including all appropriate supporting materials, documentation, and studies.
