Section 19:31C-1.16 - Documents considered public information

After FMERA's issuance of notice to all potential lessees of intent to award the particular lease proposal approved by the Board, the documents submitted by potential lessees (excluding those items exempt from public access pursuant to 47:1A-1 et seq.) shall be considered public information, notwithstanding any disclaimers submitted by the potential lessees to the contrary.
