Section 17:4-2.2 - Compulsory enrollment

Pursuant to 17:4-2.3, 2.4 and 2.5, membership in the PFRS of New Jersey is mandatory, and a condition of employment for every "police officer" or "firefighter" under the provisions of 43:16A-1 et seq.
