Section 17:27-4.4 - Affirmative action program requirement for goods and services subcontractors

A vendor, including a professional services contractor, shall not enter into a subcontract with a subcontractor, unless the subcontractor has submitted to said vendor one of the three documents which is also required from vendors in accordance with all provisions of 17:27-4.3.
