Section 16:47-6.9 - Adoption

Within 60 days of receipt of all of the municipal ordinances and master plan amendments, the Commissioner shall incorporate the access management plan into the Access Code in the manner established for adoption of rules pursuant to the Administrative Procedure Act, 52:14B-1 et seq.
