Rules concerning the Division of Administrative Procedure (in the Department of State) were formerly codified as N.J.A.C. 15:15. These rules were filed and became eff. 9/2/1969 as R.1969 d. 1 and on November 15, 1971 as R.1971 d. 206. See 3 New Jersey Register 273(a). Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 52:14F-2, which transferred the functions, powers and duties of the Division to the Office of Administrative Law, N.J.A.C. 15:15 was partially repealed and amended, and recodified as N.J.A.C. 1:30 on March 6, 1981 (operative, March 11, 1981) by R.1981 d. 83 (exempt, emergency rules).
