Section 13:29-6.1 - Scope

All licensees subject to the provisions of 45:2B-42 et seq. shall comply with the provisions of this subchapter relating to continuing professional education (CPE). These rules apply to all licensees registered by the Board of Accountancy in order to enhance the professional competence of such licensees.
