Section 13:103-14.4 - Reports to the prosecutor on violations

(a) The Superintendent or designee shall report all violations that may constitute crimes of the first, second, third, or fourth degree under the Criminal Code of the State of New Jersey (2C:1-1 et seq.) to the Director of Community Programs and to the Director of Investigations.

1. Subject to review and approval by the Executive Director, the Director of Investigations shall then refer the reported violation to the prosecutor of the county in which the facility is located.
