Section 12:90-3.2 - Right of entry

(a) For the purpose of examination or inspection of any boiler, pressure vessel, refrigeration plants, power plant or other equipment, the Commissioner may enter such premises at all reasonable hours in accordance with 34:1-15.

(b) Any person, corporation or firm violating any provision of (a) above shall, for each offense, be liable for a penalty of $ 50.00 pursuant to 34:1-16.
